Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

MGL ME ("Service") use karne se tum in Terms se agree karte ho. Agar agree nahi karte toh Service use mat karo. Service sirf 18+ users ke liye hai.

2. Account

Account banate waqt accurate information do. Apna password safe rakho — account ki responsibility tumhari hai. Kisi dusre ka username use nahi kar sakte.

3. Content Rules

Yeh content bilkul allowed nahi hai:

• Koi bhi illegal activity promote karna
• Hate speech — religion, race, gender, sexual orientation ke basis pe
• Bullying, harassment ya threats
• Spam ya unauthorized advertising
• Malware ya harmful code
• Copyright infringe karna
• False information spread karna

Hum kisi bhi content ko hata sakte hain jo guidelines violate kare, bina prior notice ke.

4. In-app Purchases

Kuch features paid hain. In-app purchases cancel nahi ho sakte download initiate hone ke baad. Cash refund nahi milega. Payment issues ke liye App Store se contact karo.

5. Intellectual Property

Jo content tum post karte ho uske rights tumhare hain, lekin Service pe post karne se tum humein use, display aur distribute karne ka license dete ho. Copyright infringement report karo: hello@mglme.in

6. Termination

Hum kisi bhi waqt, bina notice ke, Terms violate karne par account ban kar sakte hain.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability tumne Service ke liye jo amount pay kiya hai, ya $100 — jo bhi kam ho. Hum indirect, incidental ya consequential damages ke liye liable nahi hain.

8. Changes

Hum Terms change kar sakte hain. Material changes ke liye 30 days ka notice milega. Service use karte rehna nayi Terms ka acceptance hai.
